About this timber

Slimmer 47 x 75mm C16 in 4.8m lengths, kiln dried, for internal partitions, studwork in lofts, battens for boarding and light framing. Lighter and cheaper than 47 x 100, it is the usual pick where wall thickness matters.

Being a small section, it can bow over a long length, so cut into shorter studs where possible. Every piece is strength graded and stamped. Not treated, so keep it dry. Buy sixty for the first price break and 120 for the pack rate.
