Charges by zone
All charges are ex VAT. The basket shows the total weight as you shop, and checkout offers the right vehicle for it.

How delivery works
Delivery is to the kerb. The driver parks as close to your address as is safe and legal, and you unload. Van drivers help where they can. Heavier orders arrive on a truck-mounted forklift (often called a Moffett) or by pallet, and you will need a forklift or enough people to unload a pallet.
Orders over 24 tonnes go as more than one forklift load, charged per load. For example, 30 tonnes to Zone 1 is two loads at £125.00 each.
When it arrives
We aim to deliver stock lines within 1 to 3 working days. Lines marked 3 to 5 or 5 to 7 days are ordered in for you. We confirm your date by email and usually call or text within 24 hours of your order. Deliveries run 8am to 5pm on working days.
Please wait until goods arrive before booking labour. Delivery times are estimates and can move with stock and transport.
Next working day
Free in Zone 1 on orders placed by 11am on a working day. Elsewhere we can often arrange it at extra cost: call 020 4610 0729 before you order.
Checking your delivery
Count and check everything before the driver leaves. Write any shortage or visible damage on the delivery note, take photos, and tell us within 24 hours at accounts@e2-wholesale.co.uk. Refuse anything badly damaged.
Outside our zones
We cannot take orders online for Northern Ireland, the Highlands and islands, the Isle of Man, Scilly or the Channel Islands. That covers BT, HS, ZE, KW, IV, IM, JE, GY postcodes, and parts of AB, FK, KA, PA, PH, TR. Use Save and share in your basket and email the link to info@e2-wholesale.co.uk. We will quote a delivery date and price.
Collection
You can collect from Unit 2, Riverside Trade Park, Grays by arrangement. Call ahead so we can have the order ready.
