About this timber

Kiln dried C16 carcassing in 47 x 100mm, 4.8m lengths, graded for strength and stamped to EN 14081. This is the workhorse section for stud walls, noggins, rafters on short spans and general framing, regularised with eased edges for consistent sizes.

Swedish and Finnish spruce makes up most of our stock, kept under cover so it arrives dry and fairly straight. Expect some knots, wane and minor shakes within grade. It is untreated, so keep it inside the building envelope. Prices drop at 50 and 100 lengths.
