About this board
Marine plywood made to BS 1088 from okoume veneers throughout, with a WBP phenolic bond and no gaps or overlaps in the core plies. Okoume is light and even textured, and at 6mm the sheet is pliable enough for boat panels, curved linings and stitch and glue kits.
Offered at a reduced price while we clear the current shipment. For boat use, coat the panel and every cut edge in epoxy or marine varnish; the glue will not fail, but bare okoume is not durable in standing water. It cuts and planes cleanly with sharp tools.
