About this board

Our thickest marine sheet, 18mm okoume plywood made to BS 1088 with a WBP bond and solid, gap-free core plies. It weighs about 27kg, well under 18mm birch, which counts when building transoms, bulkheads, pontoon decks or anything lifted into place by hand.

Marine ply is chosen over exterior ply because the core is built without voids, so water cannot track along hidden gaps. That said, it still needs a full coat of epoxy, paint or varnish to last outside. Forty sheets or more qualify for the trade price.
