About this board

Cut down from full sheets of 6mm premium MDF, these 1220 x 610 panels fit large-format laser beds, car boots and school workshop racks. The surface is smooth and sanded, and the fine fibre cuts and engraves without the resin pockets you find in plywood.

Schools, makers and craft businesses buy it by the hundred for models, signs, templates and packaging inserts. It takes paint, spray and vinyl well once sealed. Prices drop for 200 or more, and the panels ship flat and banded to avoid damage.
