About this pack

This pack holds 24 sheets of 19mm crown cut ash veneered MDF, A grade one face and B the other. Ash has a pale, creamy colour and bold open grain that stands out under a white oil or stain, a popular and cheaper alternative to oak for contemporary furniture.

The open grain soaks up stain unevenly unless sealed first, so test a sample before committing. Ash veneer tape or solid ash lippings finish the edges neatly. The pack weighs around a tonne and ships from the mill on a pallet within five to seven working days.
