About this board
White melamine faced MDF from Kronospan: an 18mm MDF core with a smooth, hard melamine surface fused on both sides. Unlike white MFC, the MDF core can be routed, edge profiled and bored for hinges close to the edge without crumbling.
Used for kitchen and bedroom carcasses, office furniture and shop displays where the white surface stays as it is. Cut with a scoring saw or fine triple-chip blade to avoid chipping, and finish edges with white ABS or iron-on tape. Fifty sheets or more drop the price.
