About this board

Three millimetre MDF from Finsa, made in Spain with a fine, even fibre throughout so it cuts with a knife, a laser or a fine saw without tearing. Both faces are sanded smooth and take paint, glue and printed vinyl straight off the board.

Popular for drawer bottoms, cabinet backs, templates, signage and laser cut models. It will not stand up to damp and flexes easily, so support it in rebates or on a frame. Bulk buyers taking 150 or 300 sheets get the stepped prices shown, useful for production work.
