About this board

Twenty-two millimetre Caberfloor P5 is the chipboard floor most UK housebuilders lay on joists at 600mm centres. Four-sided tongue and groove locks panels together without noggins, and the moisture resistant P5 grade handles the damp conditions of a new build before the heating goes on.

Each 2400 x 600 panel weighs around 22kg. Glue joints and fix at 300mm centres, starting from a corner and staggering end joints. Buy 40 for the first discount and 80 for the pallet price, which suits most single-house jobs.
