About this board
Caberfloor P5, made in Scotland: 18mm moisture resistant chipboard flooring with tongue and groove on all four sides. The panels are 2400 x 600, so joints fall on joists at 400mm centres and one person can carry and lay them.
Glue all joints with a PVA flooring adhesive and fix with ring shank nails or screws at 300mm centres. For joists at 600mm, step up to 22mm. P5 copes with humid conditions during the build but should not be left out in the rain for long periods.
