About this board
Crown cut oak veneer pressed onto both faces of a lightweight poplar plywood core, graded A on the show face and B on the reverse. The cathedral figure of crown cut oak gives a traditional look, and the ply core is lighter and holds screws better at the edge than veneered MDF.
Joiners use it for fitted furniture, wall panelling and cabinet doors where the edges will be lipped or banded. Sand lightly with 180 grit before oiling or lacquering, as the veneer is thin. For dry interiors only. Made to order and usually with us within three to five days.
