About this board
Siniat 12.5mm standard plasterboard with square edges, in the smaller 1800 x 900 size that fits through doorways and into cars. Square edges suit a full skim finish, where the whole wall is plastered over rather than taped at the joints.
Plasterers like it for refurbishment jobs, loft conversions and patch repairs where a full sheet would be hard to get in. Use scrim tape over joints before skimming. Standard board is for dry interiors only, and gives about 30 minutes fire resistance in a typical stud wall.
