About this board
A 2500 x 1250 sheet of crown cut European oak veneer, 0.6mm thick, made from leaves spliced edge to edge into one large panel. Crown cutting through the log gives the familiar cathedral figure, the classic look for oak furniture and panelling.
Press onto MDF or plywood with urea or PVA veneer glue in a vacuum bag or press, and balance the panel by veneering the other face too. Sand carefully with 180 grit, as the leaf is thin. Twenty-five sheets or more earn a lower price.
