About this board
A 54mm FD60 blank from Halspan in 2135 x 1020, for one-hour fire doors on stairwells, plant rooms and compartment walls in commercial and multi-occupancy buildings. The dense particleboard core is faced with MDF and arrives unlipped for making to size.
FD60 doors need the correct intumescent seals, hinges and frame, so specify the whole doorset from the Halspan data sheet. Each blank weighs over 80kg, so plan lifting and machining with two people or a vacuum lifter. Made to order within three to five days.
