About this board

Solid 35mm internal door blank, 2135 x 915, with a particleboard core and smooth MDF faces. It makes a heavy, quiet door that feels far more solid than hollow core, and it can be cut down, lipped and veneered or painted to suit any opening.

Bespoke internal doors, sliding doors and cupboard fronts are the usual jobs for it. It is not fire rated, so never fit it where an FD door is required. Seal all edges, including the top and bottom, to stop the blank moving in heated rooms.
